A constitutional order to establish the Hokorian Principles and power for the Koru to revoke a person’s citizen status for going against the Principles.

ENACTED by the Koru of the Hokorian State under the Constitution of the Hokorian State.

Section 1- Principles

  1. All people with status as a citizen shall be expected to follow the Hokorian Principles which are-
    • That every Hokorian be welcomed into the community as an equal; and
    • That every person empowers each other to give the power to make decisions that concern themselves; and
    • That every person shows respect towards and interest in the Hokorian State and the Government, regardless of differing political or social beliefs; and
    • That every person stands against fascism, bigotry and conflict.

Section 2- Powers

  1. The Koru of the Hokorian State may revoke a person’s status as a citizen, at their own will or at the advice of the Prime Minister if-
    • It is believed that the person’s conduct has gone against the Hokorian Principles; and
    • The person would not be rendered stateless.
