USING THE POWERS GRANTED TO ME UNDER THE SECOND CONSTITUTION OF THE HOKORIAN STATE, I HEREBY CONSTITUTIONALLY ORDER THE FOLLOWING:
- That the Prime Minister’s Office is amended-
- To be delegated with the powers of the Koru under the Second Constitution of the Hokorian State to establish offices, ministries and organisations within my Government
