USING THE POWERS GRANTED TO ME UNDER THE SECOND CONSTITUTION OF THE HOKORIAN STATE, I HEREBY CONSTITUTIONALLY ORDER THE FOLLOWING:

1. That a Prime Minister’s Office is established within my Government-
   • Established as an Office and subject to audit by the Legislative Council
   • Delegated with the powers of the Koru under the Second Constitution of the Hokorian State to make appointments and dismissals to positions within my Government
   • Given the responsibility to manage the running operations of my Government and to ensure that it’s duties are fulfilled
2. That a Prime Minister position is established within my Government-
   • To be appointed to any Hokorian national and dismissed at the discretion of the Koru
   • Given the responsibility to lead my Government and to be responsible for it’s operations and staff
   • Given the full, unrestricted powers of the Prime Minister’s Office
3. That a Deputy Prime Minister position is established within my Government-
   • To be appointed to any Hokorian national and dismissed at the discretion of the Koru
   • Given the responsibilities and full, unrestricted powers of the Prime Minister and Prime Minister’s Office when the Prime Minister becomes unable to serve their duties
4. That a Secretary of State for National Affairs position is established within my Government-
   • To be appointed to any Hokorian national and dismissed at the discretion of the Koru
   • Given the responsibility to lead my Government’s Ministry of National Affairs and to be responsible for it’s operations and staff
   • Given the full, unrestricted powers of the Ministry of National Affairs
5. That a Secretary of State for International Affairs position is established within my Government-
   • To be appointed to any Hokorian national and dismissed at the discretion of the Koru
   • Given the responsibility to lead my Government’s Ministry of National Affairs and to be responsible for it’s operations and staff
   • Given the full, unrestricted powers of the Ministry of National Affairs
6. That a Director of WeAreHokoria position is established within my Government-
   • To be appointed to any Hokorian national and dismissed at the discretion of the Koru
   • Given the responsibility to lead my Government’s WeAreHokoria organisation and to be responsible for it’s operations and staff
   • Given the full, unrestricted powers of the WeAreHokoria organisation
7. That a Director of Digital Hokoria position is established within my Government-
   • To be appointed to any Hokorian national and dismissed at the discretion of the Koru
   • Given the responsibility to lead my Government’s Digital Hokoria organisation and to be responsible for it’s operations and staff
   • Given the full, unrestricted powers of the Digital Hokoria organisation
8. That a Safeguarding Officer position is established within my Government’s Prime Minister’s Office-
   • To be appointed to any Hokorian national over the age of 18 and dismissed at the discretion of the Koru
   • Given the responsibility to fulfil the Government’s safeguarding responsibilities and to ensure the safety of Government staff and individuals that come into contact with the Government
   • Given the powers to audit the Government, it’s staff and it’s operations in their entirety
   • Reportable to the Prime Minister
9. That a Minister for Health and Mental Wellbeing position is established within my Government’s Ministry of National Affairs-
   • To be appointed to any Hokorian national and dismissed at the discretion of the Koru
   • Given the responsibility to fulfil the Government’s health and mental wellbeing responsibilities
   • Reportable to the Secretary of State for National Affairs
10. That a Minister for Internal Operations position is established within my Government’s Prime Minister’s Office-
    • To be appointed to any Hokorian national and dismissed at the discretion of the Koru
    • Given the responsibility to assist the Prime Minister with staff management, policy and compliance
    • Reportable to the Prime Minister
11. That my Advisory Board is dissolved, and that my Cabinet is established
    • With the following positions appointed, where filled-
      • The Prime Minister
      • The Deputy Prime Minister
      • The Secretary of State for National Affairs
      • The Secretary of State for International Affairs
      • Minister for Health and Mental Wellbeing
    • With it remotely convening at the discretion of the Koru
